Little Bugs First Sox Game: Mom, Dad, Chris, Karen

This is the little man at his very first Red Sox game. He went with Mommy, Dada, Chris and Karen. As always, the photos were taken by Chris and Karen (hyperlink will take you to their website). I can't say enough about the work they do. Enjoy!

An Important Story...Non Buggy Related

Why didn't Mack Score quit, give up or succumb? Where did he find the strength and hope to persist on while many of those around him could not? Follow this link and read about this man's triumph. I've never met Mack, nor his son, I just learned about his story today from his daughter in-law. After reading his Guestbook, I felt a strong sense of duty to share this with my friends and family. I'd like to think he made it out so that the people he had yet to meet, like his son Jason and a young hospital visitor named Sophie, would ensure that his efforts to escape captivity were not in vain. Mack is an everyday hero, but not the typical "hero" you see on tv. Mack is a hero because he raised a family, overcame obstacles and persisted until he succeeded. Life had presented him with many opportunities to make excuses and resign himself to failure, if his son's summary is any indication of the man he was, life's opportunites didn't know Mack. Based on what I read in the summary of Mack's life told through the eyes of a son, he moved on, he survived but he never forgot who he was and where he came from. He made sure to be proud of who he is and to pass that down to his children. I hope one day I can do the same for my son.
